Indenture of mortgage of ground which is part of Brook Field, St George, Hanover Square on the east side of a new, intended street to be called James Street and which fronts west on the street and abuts north on other ground let by Edward Shepherd to John Shepherd, east on other ground let by Edward Shepherd to William Liney, paviour, and south partly on a stable yard and partly on the gateway leading into the stable yard from James Street, together with the messuage, with appurtenances, erected by John Shepherd on the west end of the demised ground and built over the gateway.
Endorsed with a declaration that the mortgage money belonged to Edward Howell and John Shepherd junior, infant, legatees named in the will of Elizabeth Shepherd. |
