(i) one messuage, number 41 St Martin's Lane let to Mr J Barker, the front part of number 12 on the north side of May's Buildings let to Mr J Burnell, the front part of number 13 on the north side of Mays Buildings, the front part of 14 on the north side of Mays Buildings let to Mr R Dixon, the front part of number 15 on the north side of Mays Buildings let to Mr J Price, the front part of number 16 on the north side of Mays Buildings let to Mr Gee, the front part of number 17 on the north side of Mays Buildings, the front part of number 18 on the north side of Mays Buildings let to Mr P Johnson, the front part of number 19 on the north side of Mays Buildings let to Mr Griske, the front part of number 20 on the north side of Mays Buildings let to Mr J Bayne, the front part of number 21 on the north side of Mays Buildings let to Mr Wright, the front part of number 22 on the north side of Mays Buildings let to Mr J Harpur

(iv) two small messuages on the north side of Little Mays Buildings adjoining the rear of the messuage (iii) above, these last three messuages currently being in the tenure of George Weissenburn.
