The demise is from John Milner to John Harrison in accordance with a written memorandum earlier this month for the surrender of an earlier 92 year lease dated 20 Mar 1734, assigned by indenture dated 4 May 1750 by Hannah Murray, widow of John Merchant, to John Harrison on the understanding that a new lease would be created. |
