Charles Augustus Tulk, late of Craven Street, Strand Esq died 16 Jan 49 (will dated 23 Sep 1848) having nominated George Apppleyard and James Meredith his executors but both formally renounced the role by disclaimer. Charles Herbert Cottrell and George Edward Cottrell were appointed by Decree of the Court of Chancery dated 26 Jul 1849 as trustees of the hereditaments listed in the 7th Schedule of the will of Charles Augustus Tulk. The indenture is a lease, with a plan, of premises at 60 Castle Street, Leicester Square, adjacent to those already held by the Royal Panopticon for a term of 21 years from 25 Dec 1854. |
