The will and codicils of Lady Mary Fitzgerald were proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 10 May 1815 by Augustus Phipps, a nominated executor acting alone, with power reserved for Frederick, Earl of Bristol. Augustus Phipps died in 1826 and Frederick, Earl of Bristol (later Marquess of Bristol) on 24 Feb 1841 leaving part of the estate of Lady Mary Fitzgerald unadministered. The release is accompanied by payments of £443.18.9d to each of those listed as party one. ENDORSED 23 Apr 1842: 1. Martin Kirwan Esq, a Cornet in HM 4th Regiment of Light Dragoons 2.
