Release of trustees following the death of Lady Mary Fitzgerald, late of Charles Street, Hanover Square, widow of George Fitzgerald, late of Mayo, Ireland. The will and codicils of Lady Mary Fitzgerald were proved in the Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 10 May 1815 by Augustus Phipps, a nominated executor acting alone, with power reserved for Frederick, Earl of Bristol. Augustus Phipps died in 1826 and Frederick, Earl of Bristol (later Marquess of Bristol) on 24 Feb 1841 leaving part of the estate of Lady Mary Fitzgerald unadministered. The release is accompanied by payments of £443.18.9d to each of those listed as party one.
