John Ransom and John Smith were joint lessees of the lease dated 10 Aug 1735. The present deed confirms that Lord Kinnaird and the descendants of Joshua Ransom accept that by various mesne transactions the lease dated 10 Aug 1735 is now vested in its entirety in Elizabeth Telfe and release her from any claims against her title. |
