Repurchase by Henry De Bruno Austin of a yearly rent charge of £58 deriving from an indenture dated 8 Dec 1823 by which land and a messuage in Upper Praed Street were demised by Edward Berkeley, Lord Portman to Henry De Bruno Austin for a term of 98 years from 25 Dec 1821, and various other building leases also vested in Henry De Bruno Austin. Mortgage loans were arranged on these leases with one William Bromley and with William Driscoll, and the annual rent charge of £58 was created as additional security. The various leases are also now reassigned to Henry De Bruno Austin.
