Edward Galloway is possessed of two leases of land on the east side of St James's Street, granted by George III by indentures dated 22 May 1765 and 6 Apr 1774 for terms which will expire on 10 Oct 1823. The present indenture is a lease, with a plan, of part of this land on which three messuages have recently been demolished and rebuilt as two by Nicholas Romney, to hold for a term of 48 years and 86 days from 1 Aug 1775. |
