| Description | 1. James Edser of James Street, Westminster, builder 2. Alfred Lang of Buckingham Street, Strand, architect and surveyor 3. Stephen Wright of Somerset Street, Portman Square, architect and surveyor James Edser is the legal owner of land in Vauxhall Bridge Road, demised by indenture of 21 Jul 1845, which included a covenant to build not less than ten dwellings on the land within one year and to renew the lease if all dues and payments had been made. James Edser accepts that both Alfred Land and Stephen Wright were to share the benefit and that each has contributed £500 to the costs of building. James Edser now confirms that he holds the premises in trust for himself, Alfred Lang and Stephen Wright in equal shares and the parties covenant to share all expenses in equal parts. |
