Premises at 43 Uper Seymour Street were included in a demise by indenture dated 11 Feb 1789 to Mark Milbank by The Most Noble William Henry Cavendish, Duke of Portland for a term of 98 years from 25 Mar 1788. Mark Milbank died in Jun 1805 having recently made his will and Mary Milbank died in Dec 1812. Harriet Flightman was thereafter entitled to the premises in Upper Seymour Street, with contents. As beneficial owner, she and William Huskisson now assign to Sarah Ann Kennett the residual term of the lease dated 11 Feb 1789, together with furniture and fixtures.
