Robert Sulivan, Edward Robert Starkie Bence of Long Melford, Suffolk Esq and The Revd John Tilmer Sulivan Bt, clerk and executor of the will of the late George James Sulivan Esq Three indentures all dated 6 May 1824 included a settlement in anticipation of the marriage of Francis de Visme and Harriet nee Sulivan his wife, since decd but who, at the time of her marriage, was entitled to a one third part of leasehold premises in Marylebone as well as various investments. Francis de Visme was also entitled to a share of the estate of his father, James de Visme. The trustees of the marriage settlement were George James Sulivan and Robert Sulivan. By the present indenture, Francis de Visme, George Robert Sulivan de Visme and Elizabeth Margaret de Visme (a) confirm payment of £1000 to Francis de Visme for the payment of debts of Julius Sulivan de Visme (b) confirm their approval of payment of £780 believed to have been made by the three trustees to Francis de Visme or his wife, and of other payments made by them following the death of James de Visme (c) provide a release to Robert Sulivan, Jane Sophia de Visme, Robert Sulivan, Edward Robert Starkie Bence and John Tilmer Sulivan |
