Indenture of mortgage of ground in St George, Hanover Square on the east side of James Street, fronting west on James Street and abutting north on other ground and buildings let to John Shepherd, east on other ground and buildings let to William Liney, paviour, and south partly on a stable yard and partly on the gateway or passage leading into the stable yard from James Street, together with the messuage, with appurtenances, built over the gateway on the west end of the demised ground as well as all other erections, buildings built or that should be built.
