Indenture, being a mortgage of one full moiety of all the messuage or Inn known as The Black Bell, erected formerly by Abraham Musgrave decd. on two ancient tenements:
formerly in the tenure of John Stratton, tailor, since in the tenure of Sarah Waller, widow and now or late of Thomas Dawson, situated in Bell Yard, together with one full moiety of all the farrier's or smith's shop within the yard of the Inn, one full moiety of the other messuage used with the Inn which is on the south of the yard, together with a moiety of all the entry lying on the south part of the Inn between the Inn and Sheerlane through Brick Court, together with a moiety of all the appurtenances.
