One of the messuages, now in the tenure of Edward Fynney, was formerly called The Hermitage and is now The Garter, another now in the tenure of Samuell Fisher is conmmonly called The Harpe and Ball, and the third, now in the tenure of William Bennett was formerly The Great James or Shipp and is now called The Kingshead. |
