(ii) the stable yard formerly called Crown Yard and then the White Horse Yard, with the coach houses behind the above demised messuage abutting south on houses in Coventry Street, east on other ground and premises of Thomas Panton, north on a tennis court and west on other messuages subsequently demised
(iii) five messuages and gateway on the east side of Windmill Street, fronting west on Windmill Street, abutting north on the tennis court, east on the stable yard and south on the messuage in the possession of Henry Beale, the stable yard and five messuages having some time earlier been in the occupation of John Silvester and Jessee Womivell.
Appurtenances are included.
