Assignment of lease of ground within a field known formerly as Fickett's Field, St Clement Danes, adjoining the way leading from Fickett's Field to the Temple Bar and lying between the brick wall of the garden until now in the tenure of Edward Cliffton on the south, on part of Fickett's Field towards Lincoln's Inn on the north, on the way mentioned above on the east and a new brick wall enclosed by Ralph Bosewell Esq on the west, together with two new brick messuages, with appurtenances, one of which was lately in the possession of Anthony Best deceased and now John Attwood, the other in the possession of Thomas Parker and now of Thomas Allam.
