Lease, with a plan, of ground with stables and buildings thereon, with appurtenances, near the south end of Park Lane, St George, Hanover Square, abutting west on Hyde Park Wall, south on ground and buildings demised to the Earl of Liverpool, and east and north on Park Lane, except so much of the ground next to Park Wall as shall, of right, belong to the Crown of the Realm, together with all manner of rights for erecting scaffolds, bringing materials and repairing the Wall.
