Indenture being a lease, with a schedule of fixtures, for 21 years, determinable at 7 or 14 years, of a newly built brick messuage on the south side of the Strand, together with the yard, and vaults under the street and yard and which abuts east on a messuage now in the occupation of ...Ellison, woollen draper, west on a messuage now in the occupation of Thomas Waller, south on a wall belonging to Somerset House and north on the Strand, the demised messuage being formerly in the occupatin of Robert Peacock and now of Ann Smyth, Sarah Smyth and Sarah Pennington, milliners, together with all appurtenances except a vault under the vault on the east part of the yard which communicates with the vaults belonging to another messuage of Robert Peacock.
