(ii) a new brick messuage known as number 2, with appurtenances, built on the demised land together with liberty to pass into, out of or from the messuage through and along the court or buildings and gateway leading to it, except the free passage of water and soil coming from New Inn and the other houses in the same court and from the other houses in Wych Street through the drains belonging to the demised premises. |
