Charles Greenwood died 25 Jan 1832 having appointed Charles Hammersley as sole executor (probate Mar 1832). The mortgage debt remained unpaid at the date of death of The Rt Hon John, Earl of Chatham. By the present indenture, the executors repay the mortgage debt with interest in full and the property is reassigned to the executors of the Earl of Chatham.
