By various mesne transactions and ultimately by indenture dated 30 Oct 1888, George Harker of 25 Philip Lane, Peckham, potato salesman, demised the residual term to Henry William Dyne. Edmund Reed and Henry William Dyne have now requested, and John WIlliam Rose has agreed to accept surrender of the lease in anticipation of a renewed grant. |
