Assignment of the residual term of a lease dated 16 Jun 1858 for a term of 65 years less 7 days from 25 Mar 1858 of land forming part of what has been known as Upper HIll Fields or Fuzzy Close, St George. Hanover Square, with buildings thereon and being on the south side of a street to be called North Street or North Row. The premises had been subject to a mortgage to Ann Hebden and this is now discharged and the balance held by James Charness in trust, invested in 3% consolidated bank annuities.
ENDORSED 12 Jan 1775:
Declaration by James Charness that Ann Hebden had died 25 Jan 1774 and, following a grant of probate to him as one of her nominated executors, he had transferred Ann Hebden's residual interest in the premises to Richard Fitzpatrick.
ENDORSED 13 Apr 1791:
Deed Poll by Richard Fitspatrick declaring assignment of the residual term of the lease to The Hon Henry Fitzroy Stanhope, highest bidder at a sale by public auction.
