Thomas Grigg died intestate on 12 Jan 1854. Letters of administration were granted to John Wilson on 16 Mar 1860 in relation to that part of the estate left unadminstered by Elizabeth Nicholas, wife of Charles Nicholas, the lawful and natural sister and only next of kin of Thomas Grigg, to whom letters of administration had been granted in Mar 1854 but who subsequently died on 19 May 1856. The residual term of the lease dated 21 Sep 1793 of the premises in Nottingham Street, now numbered 8, which had been put up for sale by public auction on 20 Mar 1861, is now assigned to Susan Ann WIllgoss. |
