By indenture dated 15 May 1788, premises on the north side of Oxford Street fronting Marhlebone Lane were demised by Thomas Moody to Thomas Tupp for a term of 21 years. Thomas Moody has a further interest in one third of the premises for a term of 10 3/4 years from the end of the lease of 15 May 1788 and this is now demised to Henry Tomlinson from 24 Jun 1809.
