A lease of land and two messuages numbered 80 and 81 Pall Mall is now vested in Edward Huddleston by virtue of the last will and testament of Edward Galloway, late of St Pancras, gentleman. Edward Huddleston has now agreed the sale to John Bell of an annuity of £70 to continue during the lifetime of Edward Huddleston. By his Bond and a Warrant of Attorney of even date, Edward Huddleston has pledged to support the annuity and, as further security, the lease is assigned to John Bell. |
