Edward Huddleston has agreed to repurchase two annuities in favour of John Bell, one dated 8 May 1799 in the sum of £55 and a further charge for £70 dated 5 Oct 1799. The two leases assigned to secure the charges are reassigned to Edward Huddleston with a release to the executors. Receipts and accounts are enclosed.
