Deed Poll by James Edser, Alfred Lang and Stephen Wright confirming that by an indenture of the same date, annuities are to be granted to Stephen Wright for the duration of the lease and any renewals thereof, to be charged to the ten messuages being built on the land and to be paid in priority to the mortgage debt. William Banks has assented to this agreement and, to provide further security for the annuities, the premises are to be assigned to Alexander Wright to hold in trust for this purpose. William Banks is also to be discharged from the agreement in respect of the house on the corner with Blomberg Street, on the understanding that once the seven properties are completed, William Banks would, at the request of James Edser, execute any conveyance or demise of the corner property which would then no longer form part of the security for the mortgage. |
