Settlement in anticipation of the marriage of Robert Henry Stanhope and Elizabeth Rosamond Ward. A trust is to be created of £10,000 to which Robert Henry Stanhope is entitled by a mortgage of property in Northants, and James Ward has agreed to assign funds from properties in Marylebone as scheduled to provide an annuity of £100 to Robert Henry Stanhope.

The intended marriage has since been solemnized and Robert Henry Stanhope now conveys to the trustees those interests of his own and his wife identified in the settlement.

Robert Henry Stanhope died in March 1839 without issue. The trust funds now vest in Elizabeth Rosamond Stanhope, the mortgage is discharged and release provided to the trustees.
