Acc 2254 as originally catalogued consisted of boxes of numbered land deeds and then three additional boxes, labelled confusingly 2, 3 and 4. The contents of two of these have been incorporated in the numbered sequence of indentures and the collection of seals and fragements left in a single box. It is unclear whether there was ever a fourth box. |
