Trust funds are to be reassigned pursuant to court order dated 30 Jul 1870, the will dated 30 Dec 1864 of Elizabeth Harrison and other settlements made by Alan Chambre senior. The endorsement also provides for the appointment of Thomas Hinde Thompson and Charles Philip Ball as trustees to replace James Whitley Deans Dundas and Thomas Arthur John Harrison.
