Badly DAMAGED deed described as 'release of a piece of ground and a house in Bridge Street'. Enclosed is a lease dated 7 Feb 1766 for a term of one year from 6 Feb 1766 by Robert Saltonstall to William Hill of land on the east side of King Street.
It seems likely from the addresses that the two leases enclosed with 2401/020/05 and 06 have been reversed and are filed with the wrong deed of release.
