| Description | Supporters of Charles Fox march towards the hustings which are indicated by a corner of the pediment of St. Paul's Church. A butcher heads the procession, followed by the Duchess of Devonshire, holding up on a pole a pair of breeches inscribed Man of the People. The other two women may be the Duchess of Devonshire's sister Lady Duncannon and Mrs Crewe. Sam House is holding aloft a beer.
