The caption reads:"Plan of Duck Island in St James's Park, of which Mr St Evremond was appointed Governor, by Charles II. Copied, by permission, from a drawing made in 1734 in the possession of John Clementson Esq, Treasurer to the Rt Hon & Hon the Commissioners of Westminster Bridge".
