| Description | View of the Royal Gallery in the House of Lords, looking towards the Princes Chamber. The walls bear long panoramic paintings by Daniel Maclise. The painting on the left of the image depicts the death of Horatio Nelson. The painting on the right depicts the meeting of the Duke of Wellington and Field Marshall Blücher. The entrance to the Princes Chamber is flanked by two gilded stone statues of monarchs. To either side of these are mounted paintings of a monarch and their consort. The caption on the reverse reads: "An imposing hall, 110 feet long, through which the King passes on his way to the House of Lords. On the walls are two huge mural paintings by D.
