Assignment of the residual term of a lease demised by the Company of the Proprietors of the Grand Junction Canal dated 26 Oct 1825 for a term of 97 years from 25 Mar 1826, of land on the south side of Praed Street with two messuages thereon, numbers 13&14, together with workshops, coach houses and stables. The deed incorporates a plan showing the land and premises abutting to the north on the estate of the Harrow School.
ENDORSED 21 Aug 1826:
Memorandum of an agreement whereby Andrew Robertson shall sell and John Bones shall purchase at a ground rent of £8.16s per annum as surety to secure premises at no. 21 on the plan, the purchase money to be determined upon completion of building work.
