DescriptionA coloured lthographic view of the scene of M Jullien's promenade concerts in Covent Garden Theatre, with a portrait of M Jullien conducting the orchrestr in the same way as at the Surrey Zoological Gardens. The Covent Garden Theatre was built by Edward Shepherd in 1732. Monsieur Louis Antoine Jullien used the theatre in the 1860s for concerts and masked balls.
