Copy of a grant from Sir Richard Grosvenor of Eaton, co Ches, Bart, to the Rev Andrew Trebeck, Sir Cecill Wray, Bart and Colonel Richard Whitworth, rector, and wardens of the parish church of St George, Hanover Square, of land, a chapel, vaults and appurtenances on the east side of [South] Audley Street adjoining the new churchyard in trust for the use of the parish.
